What is an elevated picnic experience?
Once you have booked your picnic package, let us do all the work! When you arrive you will notice that it will be completely set up with all approved requests. A member of our team will be at the location to keep your picnic safe, and once you arrive & pay we will leave you to enjoy your experience! You are responsible for the items until we return to pack them up at the arranged time. If you need to leave before your session is over please contact us immediately. As soon as we arrive to clean up, you're set to leave.

How does payment work? What do you guys take?
Once we have decided on a date, time, and package with you we require a 25%-50% deposit. This varies depending on what type of package you are requesting (i.e if we need to buy more expensive/non-refundable materials) We take most forms of payment! PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Cold Hard Cash - we take it all!
Whats your cancellation policy?
The 25%-50% booking fee is non-refundable. However, if given 72 hours notice before the picnic date the deposit can be saved & used for another date & time within 3 months. Balance is due 48 hours prior to the beginning of the picnic.
What happens if the weather is bad?
California is lucky enough to be blessed with great weather, but we know that the Bay Area can be a little tricky at times.
Due to rain, temperature under 40 degrees or extremely high winds (up to our discretion) we will allow you to move the location or date of your picnic. Deposits remain non-refundable.
What happens if I'm running late or come early?
You are strongly encouraged to come exactly at the time of booking to ensure your experience is as fun as possible! If you arrive early, you risk seeing the set up before it's done and ruining the magic. If you arrive late you will not be given extra time to make up for what you lost. If we are able to accommodate you, we can set up a longer picnic for you for an additional fee, due at arrival.
Are children included in the head count?
Children under the age of 3 do not have to be included in the headcount but you are welcome to let us know of their attendance!
How are you ensuring safety during COVID-19?
While it is always a risk to be in public without a mask on, we work hard to ensure your experience is as safe as possible. We sanitize and clean all equipment before and after usage. We will also set up your picnic in the safest possible area in your chosen location. If we arrive and it's extremely populated we will let you know and give you the option to do a different location nearby.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes, absolutely! Just let us know so we can make sure to provide you with plates and utensils.
Where can I have my picnic?
Almost anywhere! East Bay, San Francisco, and beyond are all locations we can cater to. If you have another location in mind or even want us to come to your backyard just let us know and we will let you know if it's possible! Locations do not have to be limited to San Francisco, we have availability throughout the Bay Area.
