Wedding Coordination (3-1 month out): Starting at $2,000
* Complimentary consultation
* Unlimited phone and email correspondence
* One in-person meeting (usually an on-site visit)
* Customize a detailed timeline for the day, with your suggestions for how you would like to see the day flow
* Coordinate with vendors
* Contact vendors two weeks prior to wedding to review timeline, logistics, verify arrival, set up times, and coordinate final timing for cleanup
* Distribute vendor payments and gratuity, finalize last minute set up and details.
* Oversee set up of ceremony chairs, décor, traditional elements, and personal details
* Oversee set up of reception, style and design, personal details, and décor to fit your vision
* Cue ceremony, procession and reception
* Be present throughout your event to oversee all vendors and make sure that your day is seamless
* Two coordinators leading up to your event and at your event
* Customized Google Folder with tracking of all vendor outreach, communication, to do lists, and plans, shared with you after signing a contract
